OLADE continues generating actions that reinforce ties with the academic sector of the Region. On this occasion, the Uruguayan University of Technology-UTEC, through a specialist technician will teach a workshop on solar energy technologies for heating sanitary water, next August 15, 2017, on Santa Cruz Island in Galapagos, Ecuador, together with technicians: from the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy of Ecuador, the National Institute of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energies-Ecuador, the WWF and the Galapagos Tourism Observatory.
The Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF) and the Latin American Energy Organization (OLADE) are joining forces to promote clean energy alternatives in the Aysén region of Chile.
Both organizations agreed to promote clean energy solutions in Aysén and reduce pollution in Coyhaique, Chile.
