What is it?
SimSEE (Simulation of Electric Power Systems) is an open source software developed by the Institute of Electrical Engineering of the University of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. SimSEE allows building simulations of the optimal operation of electricity generation systems, being applicable both in the long term (investment planning studies) and in the medium and short term (programming of the optimal operation of the system).
