The Executive Secretary of OLADE participated in the XXXII International Energy Conference in La Jolla.

The Executive Secretary of the Latin American Energy Organization (OLADE) participated in the XXXII International Energy Conference of La Jolla, which was held in La Jolla, San Diego, California, and was organized by the Institute of the Americas.

This event promotes discussions on the future of energy in Latin America and the Caribbean. Participants presented perspectives on policies and investments in the region, alongside energy experts and industry leaders, and discussed the challenges facing the region’s energy landscape.

Within the framework of this event, the Executive Secretary of OLADE, Andrés Rebolledo, delivered the inaugural speech in which he highlighted that Latin America and the Caribbean have great advantages to take advantage of this moment of change of energy paradigm in the world. In this way, they could improve their relative position, benefiting their populations with more inclusive and sustainable policies for the benefit of all.
