The Executive Secretary of OLADE, Alfonso Blanco Bonilla will travel this Thursday, February 16th, to Argentina and Uruguay to hold bilateral meetings with entities and organizations linked to the energy sectors of those countries.
In the search for cooperation, the Secretary will meet with the highest authorities of these agencies on a busy schedule.
Secretary Blanco Bonilla was also invited to participate in the “2nd International Workshop Smart Technologies: Empowering Networks” as a speaker, where he will chair a conference on Energy Efficiency.
This is the first mission outside Ecuador that will be carried out by Blanco Bonilla since he took office on January 23, 2017.
