MAY 2021

I would like to once again call on our community to join and keep up with the latest updates on our virtual knowledge platform called “Comunidad del Conocimiento- capevLAC.” This tool is focused on strengthening technical capacities at the public and private levels in the region, thanks to the dissemination of knowledge and the exchange of information about the energy sector. This platform is a free access environment that is part of the project “Improvement, Increase, Facilitation of Access to Education and Training in Renewable Energies in Latin America – ETRELA,” which is executed by Olade with support from the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, and Nuclear Safety (BMU).

In this regard, I take this opportunity to welcome those who have not yet joined and invite those who are already with us to explore the new updates.

We especially invite students and professionals interested in energy topics to access various training activities such as webinars, courses, articles, and news for free. The platform is divided into thematic areas that cover the following topics: renewable energies; energy integration and planning; energy efficiency; gender and energy; energy and access; innovation and climate change.

Below is a guide to the steps to register on the platform:
