2013. With the financial contribution of the Austrian Development Cooperation, OLADE executed the PALCEE Project, which has contributed to the creation of favorable institutional conditions to generate and implement national energy efficiency programs following a criterion of sustainability over time, with the possibility of promoting a process of feedback and improvement.
