In order to strengthen the Technical Assistance mechanism in the Hydrocarbon Sector, the survey entitled “Opportunities for Cooperation in the Hydrocarbon Sector�? was carried out, with the intention of obtaining the opinion of experts from the region on the strengths of the Member Countries of OLADE in the hydrocarbon sector, and thus identify areas of cooperation and exchange.
