Even though monthly energy inflation rises, the annual value maintains a downward trend.
In July 2025 stood at 0.43%, registering a significant increase over the previous month and positioning itself as one of the highest values in the last five months. This increase is mainly explained by the fact that 75% of the countries analyzed experienced rises in this indicator, driven by higher fuel and electricity prices in several countries of the region, along with adjustments in subsidies.
As for annual energy inflation, it reached 1.01% in July 2025, one of the lowest figures since May 2025, continuing the downward trend.
