Olade presented the projects carried out in the field of electrification systems in isolated rural areas during the IV Ibero-American Seminar on Universal Access to Energy

During the IV Ibero-American Seminar on Universal Access to Energy , held from June 17 to 19, 2019, at the Training Center of Spanish Cooperation (AECID) in La Antigua Guatemala, the  Director of Studies, Projects and Information of the Latin American Energy Organization, Andrés Schuschny, presented the actions and projects that the Organization has carried out in the field of electrification systems in isolated rural areas. This event was developed in the context of the formulation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG7) regarding universal access to sustainable energy.

The IV Ibero-American Seminar takes into account the representatives of the ministries of the Energy sector, International Organizations, NGOs, Universities and Companies, which work in the implementation of electrification systems in isolated rural areas. This meeting was used to exchange experiences, proposals and solutions that facilitate universal access to energy in the Ibero-American region.

The event was organized by the Ibero-American Association of Energy Regulatory Entities (ARIAE), the National Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC) of Spain and the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AECID).
