2017. OLADE presents this Manual that encompasses in detail each of the energy planning stages. The OLADE’s interest is to achieve the practical implementation of this Manual as an exercise in strengthening the capacities of our institutions, so the past experiences and relevant knowledge can be replicated throughout the region.
