Last Thursday February 23rd, CIER and OLADE’s high representatives; Juan Jose Carrasco, Executive Director of CIER and Alfonso Blanco, Executive Secretary of OLADE, met to agree upon the basis of joint cooperation through the signing of an Interagency Framework Cooperation Agreement.
The legal instrument was signed by both organizations, and it defines aspects of mutual cooperation such as: sharing information, knowledge and joint action focused on the development, research and implementation of energy integration programs, including forums, seminars, events, training or other related activities.
