The Executive Secretary of the Latin American Energy Organization (Olade), Alfonso Blanco, participated in the Protocolary Greeting to international representatives and authorities. This event was part of the inauguration ceremony of the President of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, Luis Lacalle Pou, who, accompanied by the Foreign Minister, Ernesto Talvi, received the diplomats. This act took place on Sunday March 1, 2020 in the José Artigas Building of the Plaza Independencia in Montevideo-Uruguay.
