The study compiles, synthesizes and exposes the experiences of the competitive processes in LAC for the incorporation of non-conventional renewable energies, especially solar photovoltaic and wind. The objective is to have a report that allows analyzing the schemes that have been used, knowing the legal framework that enables them and having a database of the results.
