Energy planning must consider processes that include a wide range of perspectives generated by the different market players, since these expectations are what will condition future decision-making at the sector level, and that will allow them to articulate them with social, environmental and economic. OLACDE has developed the Latin American and the Caribbean Energy Barometer, a tool that will be published periodically and that will allow gathering the vision of the energy development of the different actors of the sector. The 2018 edition of the Barometer offers the answers to 20 questions about the perception of energy development of about 300 stakeholders (avaliable only in Spanish).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
