The Latin American and Caribbean Energy Organization (OLACDE) invites you to participate in the OLACDE 2026 Executive Leadership Program: \u201cLatin America and the Caribbean Facing the Challenges of the Future,\u201d organized within the framework of the ETRELA Project, funded by the International Climate Initiative (IKI) of the German Government, in collaboration with Youth4Energy.<\/p>\n

The energy transformation of Latin America and the Caribbean requires a new generation of leaders capable of turning ideas into solutions and driving meaningful change. This executive program provides young people and emerging leaders with an opportunity to learn, connect, and make an impact, combining knowledge on energy and climate change with practical tools for leadership, management, and participation in public policy.<\/p>\n

In addition, a limited number of participants will be selected, in accordance with the established guidelines and criteria, to take part in a regional youth gathering and a dialogue with high-level energy sector authorities, bringing new ideas and perspectives to strategic spaces where the region\u2019s energy future is being shaped.<\/p>\n
