Participants presented perspectives on policies and investments in the region, alongside energy experts and industry leaders, and discussed the challenges facing the region&#8217;s energy landscape.<\/p>\n<p>Within the framework of this event, the Executive Secretary of OLACDE, Andr\u00e9s Rebolledo, delivered the inaugural speech in which he highlighted that Latin America and the Caribbean have great advantages to take advantage of this moment of change of energy paradigm in the world.
