To do this, OLACDE prepared a survey that was disseminated between August and September of this year.<\/p>\n<p>Results of this survey OLACDE produced a final report that is available to the community in general, on the Barometer website: <a href=\"http:\/\/barometro.OLACDE.org\/\">http:\/\/barometro.OLACDE.org\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this Report is to collect the visions and perceptions of the various actors, around issues of global and regional relevance to contribute to a greater understanding of the state of opinion on the situation of the energy sector.
