authorities and professionals of the electrical sector to exchange experiences and criteria oriented to establish the guidelines of policies and strategies, that allow the Ecuadorian electrical sector to be prepared to take advantage of the new tendencies in the energetic, electrical and technology fields of information and telecommunications.<\/p>\n<p>This meeting was attended by the Director of Studies, Projects and Information of The Latin American and Caribbean Energy Organization (OLACDE), Andr\u00e9s Schuschny, who presented the Energy Outlook of Latin America and the Caribbean 2019 with
