To carry out this project, a survey was prepared that was disseminated between August and September of this year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\">Result of this survey OLACDE prepared a final report that is available to the community in general, on the Barometer website: <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/ebarometro\">http:\/\/bit.ly\/ebarometro<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\">In this sense, OLACDE provides alternative inputs for the elaboration of energy policies articulated by its Member
