Event organized by the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and the National Secretariat of Energy of Panama (SNE); meeting held on September 4 and 5, 2019 in Panama City.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\">The workshop analyzed studies based on the energy planning tools REmap and FlexTool developed by IRENA.
