Training that was addressed to officials of the Ministry of Science, Energy and Technology of Jamaica and was held in the city of Kingston from August 27 to 29, 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\">OLACDE&#8217;s technical team, made up of Fabio Garc\u00eda and David Delgado, taught the contents of the new harmonized methodology OLACDE &#8211; IRES (International Recommendations on Energy Statistics &#8211; IRES) for the management of energy statistics and construction of the BEN.
