It also proposes four scenarios of electric vehicle penetration for the period 2017 &#8211; 2030.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'inherit',serif; color: #212121; mso-ansi-language: EN;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'inherit',serif; color: #212121; mso-ansi-language: EN;\">This document, which was prepared by Fernando Anaya, also identifies the main barriers to the adoption of this technology in the country. It suggests a road map to overcome the obstacles identified and an institutional map with the distribution of responsibilities among the different State entities.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'inherit',serif; color: #212121; mso-ansi-language: EN;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'inherit',serif; color: #212121; mso-ansi-language: EN;\">The activities linked to this study were carried out within the framework of the Cooperation Project: Climate Change and Energy, Sub-project: Technical Assistance to develop mitigation and adaptation initiatives to climate change in the energy sector.
