Vi\u00f1a del Mar will host the III Ministerial Meeting: Energy Transition in the Americas, of the Energy and Climate Alliance of the Americas (ECPA), on September 7 and 8, 2017.<\/span> The meeting will be attended by the Executive Secretary of OLACDE, Alfonso Blanco.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
During the III ECPA Ministerial Meeting, OLACDE will hold a Side Event in conjunction with the IDB, on Thursday, September 7, 2017, a space where aspects related to Energy Information and Planning will be discussed, through various topics such as importance of energy statistics in the planning process, energy information systems, improvements in availability, timeliness and content expansion towards the monitoring of the progress of sustainable energy development variables.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Presenters will include Alfonso Blanco, Executive Secretary of OLACDE, Andr\u00e9s Romero, Executive Secretary of the Chilean National Energy Commission, Mauricio Roitman, Undersecretary of scenarios and project evaluation of the Energy Secretariat of Argentina and Hilda Dubrobsky, Vice President of Energy of the Bariloche Foundation.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

III Ministerial Meeting -ECPA<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
This year, the III Ministerial Meeting of ECPA will be the venue for concrete exchange among the pillars of ECPA, promote dialogue between countries, as well as between the public and private sectors, and promote synergies at the regional level in order to move forward towards the energy transition in the Americas, focused on the development of sustainable, more efficient, innovative and accessible energy.<\/span>
