The Executive Secretary of OLACDE, Alfonso Blanco Bonilla will travel this Thursday, February 16th, to Argentina and Uruguay to hold bilateral meetings with entities and organizations linked to the energy sectors of those countries.
\nIn the search for cooperation, the Secretary will meet with the highest authorities of these agencies on a busy schedule.
\nSecretary Blanco Bonilla was also invited to participate in the \u201c2nd International Workshop Smart Technologies: Empowering Networks\u201d as a speaker, where he will chair a conference on Energy Efficiency.
