Análisis de algunos de los procesos constructivos para la obtención de la productividad y rendimientos en pavimentos flexibles de la Rampa Doméstica del AIJS
The subject developed in this project is the identification and analysis of the productivity and performance of the machinery involved in the construction of flexible pavements Domestic Ramp of the International Airport where the construction company EDICA is responsible for this work. The main objective is to monitor productivity and performance of machinery in flexible pavements by developing a proposal for improvement to optimize processes. The study will focus on the equipment used in the layers that compose this kind of pavement.
The collection of field data, surveys, construction drawings, technical specifications, books related to the topic, the material collected throughout the race and the internal regulations of the Airport were part of the support material which it was used for the development of the project. The methods used for measuring the productivity of the machines were sampling in the field, the model graph Crew Balance and the model graphic cyclone. While the Construction Costs Brochure (Ing. Giannina Ortiz Quesada, Ing. Eduardo Paniagua Madrigal, & Ing. Milton Sandoval Quirós, 2009) was used for determining the performance.
Samples for analysis of productivity were performed on extracts of about thirty minutes, of these was obtained as downtime decreases performance and uptime increase. The machines are efficient when downtime is low and are effective when the required time is low too.
