It is a document published every two years that contributes to the analysis of future supply and demand of the energy sector in Latin America and the Caribbean. It includes statistical projections of each one of the 26 Member countries of OLADE, as well as regional and sub-regional information.  It constitutes the best source of consultation to design plans, projects and specialized studies aiming to guide national and sub-regional energy policies that watch over supply security.

It is a historical report that compiles statistical information of the country, region and world, which is obtained from official sources of information. It includes data about production, potential reserves, exports, imports, prices and consumption of different energy resources in each one of the countries of Latin America and the Caribbean. Furthermore, it contains indicators of the economy, energy and emissions generation derived from the activities of this sector.  It includes data about future energy scenarios.

These are studies published every two months, specialized in different segments of the energy sector, conducted by experts of OLADE from a technical and analytic point of view aiming to deepen the analysis of the Energy Sector of Latin America and the Caribbean and present proposals that may be adopted by the Countries of the Region. The thematic areas covered are: oil, gas electric energy, biofuels, and alternative energies, among others.

It is a section of specialized digital publications with a fast and direct access to compiled information and news on biofuels and energy efficiency in the Countries of the Region as well as information on projects, activities, events and products of the Organization.
