The Executive Secretary of Olade, Alfonso Blanco, as part of his Official Mission to the city of Asunción-Paraguay, today’s morning, February 13, 2019, held a meeting with the Minister of Public Works and Communications, Arnoldo Wiens, and the Vice Minister of Energy and Mines Carlos Zaldívar to analyze the scope of cooperation and technical assistance to Paraguay.
Additionally, the Executive Secretary, Alfonso Blanco, and the Ministers deepened the processes of technological changes that have been developed within the energy sector and the actions that can be carried out in conjunction with these changes as part of a State policy.
