DTO 2018/004 Diseño del Fondo Regional de Eficiencia Energética (FOREECA) para países miembros del SICA.

The paper presents the design of the Regional Fund for Energy Efficiency (FOREECA) for the SICA member countries, which aims to become a regional technical and financial support body to promote and consolidate projects and programs on efficiency energy of the countries that make up the SICA. The design contains the necessary elements to meet the needs in terms of financing for energy efficiency and incorporates the comments and contributions of national representatives who participated in eight regional workshops.
