The enerLAC Journal continues adding academic recognition credits

On this opportunity, the Energy Journal of Latin America and the Caribbean (enerLAC), an institutional publication of the Latin American Energy Organization (Olade), in cooperation with the Association of Universities of the Montevideo Group (AUGM), has been indexed in the Ibero-American Network of Innovation and Scientific Knowledge (REDIB), which is an initiative promoted by the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and the most important network of university cooperation in Ibero-America – UNIVERSIA.

To achieve this merit, the enerLAC Journal has undergone evaluation processes that attest to its quality. REDIB’s evaluation criteria are aimed at: guaranteeing the scientific nature of the journals in electronic format, and providing assistance and guidance to publishers of scientific content to improve their editorial practice.

These evaluation criteria are grouped into five areas: editorial policy; editorial management; journal presentation; presentation and identification of contents and authors; and criteria for participation in the Network’s platform.

The enerLAC Journal, by being part of databases of worldwide consultation, brings with it an increase in the impact factor of its content, which guarantees that the published works will be correctly evaluated.

The enerLAC Journal met the evaluation criteria and was accepted to be part of the REDIB platform. This achievement is the result of the joint work carried out by the members of the Editorial Committee, the team of evaluators and the authors of the articles.

For Olade, this achievement of the enerLAC Journal represents the quality and commitment that the Organization has with academia in the region.
