Fernando César Ferreira
DIRECTOR OF INTEGRATION
Mr. Ferreira is Brazil citizen. He has a Masters Degree and PhD in Production Engineering and Economics. He is currently the Director of Integration of OLADE and member of a group of consultants for IPEA issues of international cooperation between Brazil and Venezuela, in the area of electricity, oil and gas.
He has worked for 30 years in the electricity sector in the areas of planning, financing and engineering. He has specialized in the process of tariff revisions. In February 2010, DEA published an article in the evaluation of the X factor for the electricity distribution industry in Brazil, regarding the methodology of tariff revision by the London School of Economics - LSE / UK.
He was the information coordinator of the energy program (SNIE / MME) of the Ministry of Mines and Energy of Brazil. He was Consultant to the Institute of Applied Economic Research IPEA - DF / (2010), and joined a multidisciplinary group of professionals responsible for identifying socio-economic impacts and selection of measures to define public policies in order to provide regional urban development, with the minimization of environmental damage of the hydrocarbon exploration in the Orinoco Oil Belt and the area of the gas Gulf of Paria in the state of Sucre - Venezuela.
He was also consultant to the Foundation for Research Support - FUNDAP - SP / (2010), of the Brazilian Association of Electric Power Stations Large - Abrat, among others.

Contribute to the process of integration and sustainable energy development in the Member Countries, promoting the advice,coordination and cooperation at regional and subregional levels.

SUBREGIONAL OFFICES:
Theses will established at the request of member countries, depending on the specific needs of different sub-regions and the available budget of the Organization.
The first Subregional office of the Organization is (Olade-Central America) by which they have started to coordinate specific actions with the Member Countries of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama. The second Subregional Office opened in Kingston, Jamaica on August 14, 2012, and Mr. Conroy Watson works as OLADE's Subregional Office Consultant.
