The registration to II Latin American and the Caribbean Efficiency Energy Seminaris confirmed against the payment of the participant.

As part of that cost, participants in the Seminar can also be part of the IV Latin American and the Caribbean Energy Forum (FIER 2009) to be held on October 28-29, 2009, after enrollment of the participant.

Each participant was reminded that the cost of processing visas, stay, mobilization and health insurance for their visit in La Habana, Cuba should be under their own responsibility.

Visas for participants of the event must be requested and handled by those interested to the appropriate office at the Embassy or Consulate of Cuba in their country.

There are no vaccination requirements for any international traveler who goes to Cuba.
