GENERAL GOALS

The II Latin-American and The Caribbean Energy Efficiency Seminar aims to:

  • Present successful experiences in various aspects, both normative and structural, to ensure the success of energy efficiency programs.
  • Identify efficient technologies that can be applied in Member Countries of OLADE.
  • Spreading the benefits of energy efficiency among all stakeholders in the energy sector in Latin America and the Caribbean, to stimulate the development of this clean resource.

  • Staff of the ministries and secretariats of energy, environment, industry and commerce.
  • Specialists of international bodies,
  • Government Employees
  • Private enterprises and public entities.
  • Representatives of the private sector, investors and project developers;
  • Representatives from universities.

INVESTMENT FOR PARTICIPATING

Investment for participating in the II Latin American and Caribbean Energy Efficiency Seminar is $ 150 U.S. dollars. Special Rate for College Students: $ 50 per person. As part of that cost, participants in the Seminar can also be part of the IV Latin American and the Caribbean Forum to be held on October 28-29, 2009, after enrollment of the participant.
