SCOPE Rural Electrification
 
The plan is to establish policy guidelines to improve rural electrification conditions in poor, remote areas of the rural sector, based on the practical results of implementing 12 pilot projects that supply energy to communities selected from 4 of the Member Countries. The guidelines will go from the population to the decision-making levels, so the project includes the active involvement of social stakeholders related to gender and indigenous peoples.
