Selection of Companies: In order to assess the regulatory framework structure,  oil, gas and power state companies of six member countries will be selected. The countries selected for the case study are: Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Peru and Uruguay.

Case Studies: Based on six case studies about the state energy companies selected (essentially those of the hydrocarbon sector) from six Member Countries, the assessment will be executed on the regulatory frameworks, the administrative, operating and organizational structure within which these companies operate.
